The room was generally clean and there were a personal safe, climate control, and a mini bar. The staff were nice and really kind and knew the area. The service was excellent in my opinion. Besides, the parking was nearby.

Had a fantastic stay here. Came here for 5 days, the hotel was comfortable and fabulous, it had stunning location so close to city center, major attractions, and the rail termini and nice reasonable restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The staff were really kind, as for 4-stars venue.

Excellent and absolutely perfect location, close to Museo Nazionale Romano. Safe area. Comfortable quiet, top-class rooms and large bathrooms. Above average breakfast with a nice view, great cappuccino from a real coffee machine, excellent service.
Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The room had a private safe, a minibar, and central heating, which I loved. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, very close to Termini train station, which was great for me.- The bed was very big and comfortable.- You can easily find Neapolis Caffe close to the hotel for lunch.

I didn't feel like leaving and would definitely come back here. Great looking and well appointed hotel with a very good service, spent my time lovely here. Everything was very comfortable, even so a few employees were not very friendly. The property had a magnificent and absolutely perfect location close to Esquiline Hill. The food at the rooftop restaurant was good.
